After decades of building a successful career in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, I had a realization—while I had excelled professionally, my personal passions had faded. So, I made a bold (and slightly scary) decision: I stepped away from the corporate world, embarked on a journey of self-discovery, and reconnected with what truly brings me joy—my love for animals and my desire to make a meaningful impact in my community. That’s how Homes & Hounds was born.

H&H is a concierge service dedicated to home and lifestyle management, senior assistance, and pet care. Our mission is simple: to bring joy, create more free time, and provide reliable, compassionate support to the people and pets in our community.

A Community of Purpose

Living in the beautiful town of Bethany Beach, DE, I quickly realized I wasn’t alone in this discovery. Many of my talented friends were also searching for purpose in their next chapter, eager to contribute, serve, and build a stronger, more connected community.

That’s why H&H is more than just a business—it’s a trusted network of dedicated friends and professionals who share a commitment to service. Our team is fully vetted, bonded, and insured, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and peace of mind for our client.

The Heart Behind H&H

This journey is deeply personal. It was sparked by the heartbreaking loss of our beloved dog, Damien. During that difficult time, I was overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of my community—friends and even strangers—who came together to help in every way they could. Despite their efforts, I watched helplessly as he faded too soon, feeling powerless and entirely at the mercy of others’ goodwill. That experience left an indelible mark on my heart. Today, Damien’s handsome face is woven into our logo, a lasting tribute to the love and purpose that inspired this journey.

Losing him, along with the arrival of two undernourished rescue dogs, ignited a deep passion within me—to explore holistic, natural ways to help pets live healthier, longer lives while also finding meaningful ways to give back to my community. This path led me back to school, where I became a Certified Holistic Pet Health Coach, studying under Dr. Ruth Roberts, a pioneer in transforming veterinary care.

Now, by combining this knowledge with my passion for supporting others—whether in their homes, with their pets, or in their businesses—I’m proud to introduce Homes & Hounds, a service dedicated to enhancing the well-being of both people and their beloved companions.

A Life of Passion & Purpose

At home, I’m a proud mom of four grown children and share my life with my husband and our two extraordinary (and now very well-nourished) rescue dogs, Boop and Quincy. With a deep love for animals, a heart for service, and an unshakable passion for helping others, I am beyond excited to continue this journey—creating happier homes, healthier pets, and more fulfilling lives for the people and animals I have the privilege to serve.
